Invamat MS Polymer is used for gluing and sealing joints in panels, doorsteps, window sills, glass, mineral wool, insulation boards, etc., gluing mirrors, natural and artificial stone, finishing elements. On surfaces of natural stone, glass, brick, concrete, wood, metal, plaster, plastic (except for polyethylene, fluoroplastic), it is used for clean premises and rooms for medical purposes.

CONSUMPTION

One 600 ml pack for 12 running meters with a nozzle diameter of 8 mm.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SURFACE

The surface must be clean from dust, grease, dirt. Remove residues of old sealant or other material.

APPLICATION OF MATERIAL

Cut the top of the pack. Using the foam gun, apply the adhesive to the part, apply it to the supporting surface, press it tightly and fix it for 4-5 seconds. When working with heavy parts, additional fixation may be required. The curing time before forming a surface film is 15 minutes. Adhesive joints can be adjusted within 30 minutes. Full curing after 24 hours.

CLEANING

Easy to clean before polymerization. The cured adhesive sealant can only be removed mechanically.

PACKING AND STORAGE

The material is supplied in tubes with a volume of 310, 600 ml. Store at temperatures not below +5 °C and not above +25 °C. Warranty shelf life in unopened original packaging is 12 months. Does not lose its properties In case of transportation at negative temperatures.

SAFETY MEASURES

In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor immediately. As for the rest, observe the usual manufacturing safety rules.
